RRT \ risotto con radicchio e taurasi

Adoriamo creare una sinfonia di colori tra i sapori, e riteniamo il glicine un colore raffinato ed elegante, abbinare poi un pecorino allo zafferano con i suoi riflessi dorati è un grande risultato, oppure una crema di zucca molto semplice di colore giallo arancio è di grande valorizzazione.
gr. 70 riso carnaroli
# 3 foglie grandi radicchio
# 1 bicchiere da tavola vino taurasi (non molto pieno)
# 1 cucchiaio pecorino o zucca stufata
