la bavarese
# 1 galletta di riso soffiata sbriciolata
# 1 rosso d’uovo
# 1 cucchiaio di zucchero
# 2 cucchiai di panna montata
gr. 70 latte
gr. 40 cioccolato bianco
gr. 5 glucosio
